Frequently Asked Questions
1. How are the houses installed on-site?
Installation can be done via provided manuals (photos/drawings/videos), by sending a technical team to guide local workers, or by sending your technicians to our facility for training. Most clients successfully install them using the provided manuals.
2. What are the main benefits of recycled use?
The houses are designed for modular assembly and disassembly. You can move the structure from Site A to Site B and then to Site C without generating industrial waste.
3. How many floors can be built with the K-style design?
We typically recommend 1 or 2 floors. While it can go up to 3 floors, we advise against exceeding that. For buildings taller than 3 stories, a T-house design with H-shape steel support is recommended.
4. How should the foundation be prepared?
We provide specific foundation drawings for every order. Typically, K-style houses utilize a strip foundation.
5. What thermal insulation materials are available?
There are four primary options: EPS sandwich panels, glass wool sandwich panels, rock wool sandwich panels, and PU (polyurethane) sandwich panels.
6. How is the maintenance performed?
Avoid structural changes like cutting walls or removing screws after installation. We recommend repainting every 1-2 years to extend service life and maintain aesthetics. Always ensure wires are not tied directly to the steel frame.
