Our expandable house is a type of modular product made of ISO shipping container framework combined with modern decoration for accommodation, commercial, healthcare, and storage usage. It can be fully customized with bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, study rooms, and living areas.
20FT Expandable House: 12 square meters before folding, occupies an area of 37 square meters after opening.
40FT Expandable House: 24 square meters before folding, occupies an area of 75 square meters after opening.
