The T house, also known as a Prefabricated Modular house or Economic Prefabricated House, is designed and manufactured with a steel structure frame and sandwich panels. It is widely used in construction sites, oil sites, and mining sites as workers' quarters, government projects, and school projects.
This system is durable and easy to set up, making it ideal for disaster relief or low-income family housing. All parts are fabricated according to design requirements, with steel parts welded and painted for assembly by bolts, screws, and rivets at the site.
Fast Installation: 6 workers can build 100sqm in one day! Available in 1, 2, or 3 floors configurations.
The main steel structure is crafted from Square Tube Steel or H Section Steel, featuring EPS, IEPS, Glass Wool, Rock Wool, or PU sandwich panels for walls and roofing.
