This Air Handling Unit adopts a unitary structure design, providing outstanding cold-bridge free performance, lower air leakage, and an elegant appearance. Custom external static pressure (ESP) is available to meet diverse industrial and commercial applications.

Panels are double-skin with high-density polyurethane injection. Outer skin uses anti-corrosion color-coated steel; inner skin is galvanized steel sheet. Cabinet uses aluminum alloy cards and sealing strips for maximum durability.
Polyurethane injection density of 50kg/m³ ensures a thermal conductivity factor K≤0.0224W/m·K. Plastic-steel frames and rubber sealing strips prevent energy loss.
Unitary structure design with multi-sealing strips ensures an air leakage rate of less than 0.29%. The unit prevents condensation even at 90% relative humidity.
Copper pipe and aluminum fin heat exchanger with optimal fin spacing. Fins are coated with anti-corrosive layers for longer service life and lower maintenance.
